Ouch!

Yesterday was my rest day so I didn't even post anything :)

Today after I got done with work I headed back out for some running. I did my normal warm up walking mile and let me tell you how much pain I was in. The arch on the left foot and the ankle on my right were both hurting pretty bad. They started hurting the other day after my run but not too bad. Today they were both really sore and killed most of my running for the day. So, since I ended up walking most of the circle today I beat myself up on the bike instead. Let me just say im pooped!

Weight: 235
Walk: 1.0 mile
Run: .5 mile
Walk: 2.5 mile
Mtn Bike: 26.2 mile
Music on Ipod: Powerman 5000 and Slipknot

The good news is that I am losing some weight! The bad news is that I am hoping tomorrow my feet will feel a bit better. I think its mostly just my body freaking out because its performing a new exercise that it's not used to. After a few weeks I assume it'll do better. I went through similiar aches and pains when I got back into mtn bike riding and now that seems to be pain free unless I really push myself haha.

Hope everyone is having a good week so far, could this short week be going by any slower?

Sorry your run didn't go so hot today; however, I see you still managed to foot it for a good 4 miles... better than just outright giving up then and there. That's dedication right there.

aww i know your hurting bb, but I think your idea you told me today is wonderful, it could really help you loosen up before your walking :) keep it up, i am cheering you on :*

The best thing you did was cross train on the bike and took pressure off the foot... good job and stick with it...
